Cons: This product has a strong not so pleasant small to it. Which I hate and which also prevents me to from using this product everyday like I had planned too. The smell is just way to strong and I feel like if I was to use this product everyday for a week. I would be walking around smelling like a stink bomb. Also this product is a little to pricey for me. I normally do not purchase hair products that are more than 15 bucks.

Pros: This product is set up in applicator bottle which allow for easy access to the scalp. Which I love I hate when product that are attend for the scap is put in spray bottles or jars which makes you have to transfer them over to an applicator bottle. Just bottle it how it should be use.

Both of these products were purchase online at www.komazahaircare.com. I do not know how I came across these company, but some how I did and I'm glad I did. I have been using thse product for the past 4 months now. I have notice more growth in my hair then before. On average my hair grows less than .5 inches a month and I do not normally start seeing hair growth until I'm about 5 to 6 weeks post. But since using these product together I have notice a little growth a 4 weeks post. Now I have not actually caculate if its do to the product because I also have been drinking a lot of water lately. I do plan on doing a weekly chart these relaxer cycle so you guys can get a better since of what I am talking about.

Pros: I skip striaght to the pros becuase I honestly do not have any cons about this product. It right up my price range when it comes to purchases hair product. The bottle is a nice size bottle for the cost. And the smell is oh so pleasant. Its hard to describe the smell but it smells really good.

Hello lovely readers, I know I've been MIA but man life and school has been getting me the only writing I have been doing is school work, and Law School applications. Plus I'm graduating this semester so I have a long list of things I need to do before than.

But on hair news. I haven't been doing much to my hair, I washed it two weeks ago and have not washed it since. (that's how busy I've been). Tonight I plan on deep conditioning overnight to make up for it. But that is not what this post is about. So for the past month and some weeks me and a several fellow youtubers have been working on a collaboration video. I came up with the idea to put together a collaboration video based on somethings that might have happen to use since been on are hair journey and things like what we have learn...But check out the video:

Moisturizing and sealing for me all depends on how I decide to wear my hair that week. 90% of the time I will air dry and the other 10% I will either rollerset, or flexi rod and very less often a braidout or twistout ,my hair really is not a fan of them anymore, I still try to give them a shot, but I always come out disappointed. This post is about the 90%. I finally found the right combination that leaves my hair feeling moisutrized and soft.

First: I always start off by putting my hair into 2-4 sectinos, all depends how my hair is and whats less stressfull, Then I finger detangle, I have really been getting into the habit of on combing my hair with a comb on wash days.

Second: I take my Darcy's Botanical's Coconut Lemongrass Transitioning Creme, and apply about less than a dime size to each section of my hair. A little goes a long with this product. When I get about 5 weeks post and I start notice new growth. I start applying the transitioning creme kind like you would a relaxers, still not using a whole bunch, to soften up my new growth. I mosturize with this creme everyday and apply it to my new growth about every 2-3 days.

Third: I take my Coconut Mango Hair Moisturizer and put it on the lengths of my hair. Normally I use this as my sealer because it is an oil based moisturizers. I've notice for me it holds more moisture into my hair than if I was to just use and oil, like grapeseed or jojoba oil, exspecially during this winter months. I do this everyday of the week.

Fourth (Optional): This step is optional for me becuase I do not do it often. I do it about once or twice a week. Lately I have been try to incorparate ceramides into my regimen. So at least once a week I finish off my moisturizing and sealing step with hemp oil really focusing on my ends. I will have a post on ceramides and how I have been benefiting from it in a later post.

What do you do to keep your hair moisturized through the week?

I'm really excited for this post. I have been wanting to share with you guys my relaxer process for so long now. I don't understand why. Well I do, part of me wanted to have it filmed for you guys so you can put a visual to words. So lets get started. First I'm going to start by saying I relaxed like four days before 12 weeks, only because I was anxious and I just really wanted to wear my hair down. It has been about 3 months since I wore my hair down so I was missing it.

1. The first thing I did was apply Hemp Oil to the length of my hair. This helps if I get a some relaxer on parts of my already relaxed ends. (Which always happens, I'm not the cleanest person when I apply it on myself). Than I based my scalp with good old Vaseline and section my hair off into 4 sections.

2. Now I got this part of my relaxer processes from Jen at www.justgrowalready.com. she is basing her scalp she lightly twist the ends and places a clip at the end of her hair. This makes it really easy to lift of your hair and apply the relaxer since your hair is already parted. This steps makes relaxing for me so much more easier and helps me get the bone straight results that I want.
